Katie Dockery from Easter Seal's Discovery Club in Larimer County. The Discovery Club is a fun day long respite-camp for children 6-18+ who have all types of abilities and their siblings.
Also Rhonda Ayres and Cecilia Gasner will be presenting on transitions for students and information parents should know
