  • 8th Grade Girls Basketball Finishes Season

The 8th-grade girls’ varsity basketball team finished their season last night with a surge in a loss to Windsor Middle School. Michelle, Thalia, and Jenna all scored 4 points for the T-birds. Brynne knocked down a free throw late, adding to the offensive production. Morgan, Taylor, Vanessa, Katie, Beatriz, and Alyssa all played outstanding defense, creating many turnovers and opportunities for the T-Birds. The team made it to the 2nd round of the play-offs and were a part of the final 8 teams to be playing. The girls had an outstanding year, winning 4 games and accomplishing team goals that were set back in January! Way to go, 8th-grade girls; we are proud of how you represented our school. Congratulations on a wonderful season!
