-Be sure to come with an operable Apple ID. Please check this before your arrival. We will be unable to deploy iPads without working Apple ID’s.

-If you need to create an Apple ID, you may do so at : applied.apple.com .

-If your student is under the age of 13, you must create the Apple ID for him or her.

    - If your student absolutely cannot attend the event, you may still come and pick up his or her iPad.

-If you are planning on using your own case, please bring it with you. Be sure the case you bring is from our approved case list (attached).

-If your student had a case last year and it was determined to be in good condition, that case will still be with the iPad.

    What to know

-If you absolutely cannot attend the date for your students grade level, you may choose another of the above dates that better accommodates your needs.

-For your convenience, we will offer more opportunities for iPad deployment throughout the month of September (TBA).

-It will likely take most of the month of September to get all of the iPads out. Your student will not suffer any negative consequences for not having their iPad right away. Teachers are aware of this process and will accommodate all.

-If you have a returning student, you will not need to resubmit the Responsible Use Policy form (attached). However, please review this form at your earliest convenience.

-If you have a student new to CBMS, please review and complete the Responsible Use Policy. If you cannot print your own, copies will be provided upon your arrival.

-If your student did not turn in a charger last year, or the charger was damaged, those fees will be part of your school fees this year.
