DEUTSCHE WELLE (DW TV) is one of the world’s largest international public broadcasters. DW works with broadcasters worldwide to distribute news, cultural programming and documentaries with a unique focus on Europe. DW TV is funded by the German government as a public service, much like the BBC and CPB. Programs are produced from its Berlin-based studios. The network also produces radio programs in over 30 languages and provides information as well as audio and video via it's international web site dw-world. It's US offices are in Massachusetts and Washington DC.

CLASSIC ARTS SHOWCASE is designed to bring the classic arts experience to the largest audience possible by providing short video clips of the arts in hopes that we may tempt you, the viewer, to go out and feast from the buffet of arts available in your community. The spectrum of classic arts disciplines aired on Classic Arts Showcase includes video samplings of animation, architectural art, ballet, chamber and choral music, dance, folk art, museum art, musical theater, opera, orchestral, recital, solo instrumental. solo vocal, and theatrical performances, as well as classic film and archival documentaries.

On the third Tuesday of each month during the school year, Education News provides parents with the tools and information they need to be effectively involved in their children's learning. NASA CONNECT is an annual series of integrated mathematics, science, and technology instructional distance learning programs for students in grades 6-8. Each program has three components: (1) a 30-minute television broadcast, which can be viewed live or taped for later use; (2) an interactive web activity which provides educators an opportunity to use technology in the classroom setting; and (3) a lesson guide describing a hands-on activity. These three components — television broadcast, web activity, and lesson guide — are designed as an integrated instructional package.

In 2001, Shamu TV is offering classrooms nationwide a season of wildlife adventures. Geared toward elementary and middle school audiences, each 25-minute show is packed with environmental education - from biology, ecology and zoology to geography, math, history and even language arts.
